A light, summery cocktail using our new Mother’s Ruin Gin - a delicate twist on a classic Tom Collins

Ingredients:
 50 ml Mother’s Ruin Gin
 2-3 Lemon Wedges
 12.50 ml Elderflower Syrup
 Soda Water
Method for the perfect serve

Add lemon wedges to a small shaker followed by the elderflower syrup

Muddle together

Add Mother's Ruin Gin

Fill tin with ice and shake well

5

Fine strain into a glass filled with ice

Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge
