Great afternoon - highly recommend the tour and the gin ! Really nice couple of hours enjoying the Distillery hospitality. We were lucky that we were the only 4 people on the tour that afternoon. Sam showed us around and his knowledge is off the scale. As he is one of the distillers and not just a guide he knows everything about the processes. All the gin and rum we tasted was very good and the advice on what to mix and how to mix was excellent. Thank you.

Don't miss out on this interesting, funny tour! We thoroughly enjoyed attending the Shakespeare Distillery Tour as it was incredibly interesting to learn about the history of gin and how it's been made. Tara hosted that part of the tour & she was super knowledgeable about the topic but also made it incredibly fun too! It was learning but in such a cool interactive way which I very much enjoyed. The second part of the tour was hosted by David who was also very knowledgeable and funny with his delivery and included us in his talk which was a nice little touch. It was incredibly interesting to see the distilling machines they use and the process of how the gin is made. The final part of the tour was back with Tara were we sampled two of the gins and one of the rums. Tara was very knowledgeable with mixers and ratios to go with the alcohol which was very interesting. & then we got to have a complimentary full glass of drink of our choice from a select few gins and rums which was very cool! I went for the Judith Pink Gin with Light Tonic water which was very summery and tasted delicious and my partner has the Tropical Spiced Rum with Cola Tonic which he very much enjoyed. Everyone at the Distillery was super accommodating as I have disabilities but all of the team ensured that I was comfortable and did everything they could for me, including bringing a chair into the distilling room for me to sit on which I really appreciated. Overall, the experience is one you shouldn't miss because it is fascinating, funny and gets you tipsy, what more could you ask for?

Delicious Tara was fantastic, I have done a few tours but this was by far my favourite. It was very interesting learning about the history of gin, seeing how it all works and learning about the pairing of mixers to enhance the flavours. I loved that it wasn't super busy and felt personal. I highly recommend going for a tour oh and their gin was delicious 😋

Gin & Rum afternoon on a cold day in January Good to meet the Family who run the distillery, great welcome and enjoyable tour of the site although small compared to big organisations. Staff very knowledgeable about their products and how they prepare and make the final product. Good taster session, but have to be careful if you are the main driver, they offered sample bottles to take away for drivers. Range of goods for sale in the shop was well displayed and reasonably priced. Their Gin and Rum has a unique taste with a lot of specialist work done throughout the process and with the use of local ingredience and water purification. An excellent value for money on a cold afternoon.

Really good experience We attended the Judith’s School of Spirts in the middle of Stratford. It initially looks like a shop however you go upstairs and attend the 3 hour class. I had a voucher for my birthday for the rum school and me and my sister paid for my mum and dad to also join it is £125 for 2 people which we all felt was well worth the money. They also have a gin distilling experience. You get arrival drinks which are lovely and are told about the history of the business and the building and what they’re doing now. You then start distilling your own rum with chosen ingredients and the help of the staff. You also get another complimentary drink at the end of the session, as well as some tasters consisting of approx x3 shots of rums they produce and sell which were also lovely. You can also pay for drinks throughout which are reasonably priced. All of the staff really got on well and worked really well together. They were really friendly and happy to talk with the group. Really good experience and my rum is lovely!

Rum school Rum School at Judith's.Absolutely fantastic afternoon at the rum school. Everything was top draw. The information given was top class. So many opportunities to drink and the amount of alcohol given was well worth the ticket price. So good to see the guys are so passionate about what they do and their knowledge was 1st class.Wouldn't orally recommend (don't drive though)
