Absolutely loved it! Absolutely loved it! It was a treat for our friends 70th birthday who loves a gin or two and we weren’t disappointed. Three tasters with or without a splash of mixer ending with a gin and tonic and we could keep the glass - bonus! Zero gin and tonic for non drinkers/drivers. Sam was fantastic, very knowledgeable and entertaining, a credit to the company. Katherine was also a great member of the team. Jen in the office deserves a mention as well, we had to postpone our booking for a year and Jen was really helpful in changing the date which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Great Gin Tasting Experience The team at the distillery were very welcoming and engaging. Overall, it was a fun experience that still shared all the relevant information. You can tell the team are knowledgeable and passionate about what they are doing. The gin and rum also tasted amazing!

Well worth a visit Chris, Dave and Sam were great. All 3 made the experience interesting, relaxed and enjoyable. Gins and rums were all so good. Right amount of time spent giving the history behind gin, rum and the business, the tour and the tasting. Well worth a visit to this family run business be sure to purchase some goods on your way out

What an experience. What an we say other absolutely fantastic. The tour on the day was ran well and extremely interesting and fun. Cost of tickets were very reasonable for the trip and the experience. Length of time of boat trip was 1 hour which was perfect we then as a family spent more time in Stratford. The crew and the other attendees on the boat made a great atmosphere. All in all staff and experience were fantastic with some fantastic gin which we of course came away with 😜

Gin School We had such a lovely time at the gin school, making our own gin and tasting quite a bit of theirs! I was initially a bit nervous about how it would be but needn’t have worried as the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and guided us through the gin making process. I’d definitely recommend this experience if you love drinking gin and more so if you are interested in how it’s made too. Get a taxi or have a friend collect you though as you do drink a lot of gin while you’re there!

Great experience and worth repeating. This was bought as a Birthday present for me. I attend with my son and both of us agreed it was a great 3 hours. The whole experience was very interesting and great atmosphere. All staff made you feel very welcome, and were very knowledgeable and helpful.Well worth doing again.

Good fun at the Shakespeare Gin Distillery Really enjoyed this tour. It was bought as a Christmas present for us. We stayed in Stratford for 2 nights, and went over on the Saturday morning for the 11.00 tour. Chris gave us a lovely talk about the history of Gin and how Shakespeare Distillery came into being, Then we were taken to the distillery for a very good explanation from Sam about Gin and Rum distilling and production, including the barrels and the bottling. Next came the tasting room, which was good fun as we were there with other couples and a group of ladies. We learnt a lot about how to mix gin with tonic waters, the ratios and the different flavours of tonic waters with different types of gin. There was a chance to taste rum as well if we wanted to, and then finally a glass of gin and tonic or rum with tonic. I would definitely recommend this tour especially if you are on a weekend away in Stratford.

More to rum and gin than I thought... A really entertaining and informative couple of hours spent listening and interacting with staff/owners who are clearly very enthusiastic and knowledgeable in what they do.Recommend it highly! Oh and the gin/rum tasting was certainly not a disappointment.

Wonderful craft distillery. A must visit We loved this experience. Simon was so knowledgeable and taught us much more than any other tour we’d been on. A wonderful “craft” distillery. We enjoyed the tastings very much, which were very plentiful. Went home with a bagful from the shop.

Brilliant gin tour We really enjoyed this tour. We were there for nearly two hours. The tour guides knowledge was exceptional. It wasn’t gimmicky but very very interesting and the guide was clearly passionate about the family business. Great value for money with some lovely Gin tasters. Would recommend.

A happy time was had by all !!!! We had a great time and Dave and Jack were excellent and explained the making of gin. They led us through the process of gin distillation and the making of gin, and it was exciting to make our own. We were taken through every procedure, and along the way we had plenty of tasting. We would certainly recommend a visit to all our friends. Thank you everyone, we had a great afternoon.
