A great festive spiced cocktail using our Mulberry Gin Liqueur
Ingredients:
50 ml Mulberry Gin Liqueur
2 dashes Orange Bitters
3 Lemon Wedges
12.50 ml Sugar Syrup
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Egg White
Soda Water
Fresh Blackberries (to garnish)
Method for the perfect serve

Muddle the lemon wedges and syrup in a cocktail tin

Add the rest of the ingredients and plenty of ice

Wet shake, dry shake and double strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice

Add a splash of soda water (optional) and garnish with fresh blackberries
