A simple but beautiful mixture of warming Jester Spiced Rum, spicy ginger beer and zingy lime.

A simple but beautiful mixture of warming Jester Spiced Rum, spicy ginger beer and zingy lime.

Ingredients:
 50 ml Jester Spiced Rum
 2 Lime Wedges
 100 ml Ginger Beer
 Angostura Bitters
Method for the perfect serve

Add a squeeze of lime to the glass

Fill glass with ice

Pour in the Ginger Beer

Add 2-3 drops of the Angostura Bitters

Slowly pour in the Spiced Rum to float

Add a lime wedge for garnish
