Our take on a Jungle Bird using Aged Honey Rum - a tropical, fruity cocktail ideal for summer!

Ingredients:
 50 ml Aged Honey Rum
 20 ml Aperol
 25 ml Pineapple Juice
 15 ml Lime Juice
 15 ml Honey
Method for the perfect serve

Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake and strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice.

Garnish with pineapple or a wedge of lime.
