Our Mai Tai uses both Jester Spiced Tropical Rum and Jester Spiced Rum to make a punchy and delicious summer cocktail.

Our Mai Tai uses both Jester Spiced Tropical Rum and Jester Spiced Rum to make a punchy and delicious summer cocktail.

Ingredients:
 40 ml Jester Spiced Tropical Rum
 10 ml Cointreau
 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
 10 ml Orgeat Syrup or Almond Syrup
 10 ml Jester Spiced Rum
Method for the perfect serve

Add all the ingredients, excluding Jester Spiced Rum, into a cocktail tin

Shake well and fine strain into a Julep cup filled with ice

Float the Jester Spiced Rum on top
