A fantastically festive martini made with our Mulberry Gin Liqueur
Muddle the lemon wedges and cordial in a cocktail tin.
Add the gin, mincemeat, cinnamon stick and egg white, fill with ice and shake.
Strain into another cocktail tin and discard the ice.
Shake again and fine strain into a martini glass.
Sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon to garnish.
