A gorgeously festive mulled cocktail using Elderflower and Quince Gin
Ingredients:
50 ml Elderflower and Quince Gin
25 ml Cloudy Apple Juice
10 ml Mulled Syrup (we use Gourmet Mulling Syrup)
1 Peppermint Teabag
Soda Water
Orange Peel
Method for the perfect serve

Add the gin, apple juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake well.

Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice and add the peppermint teabag.

Top with a splash of soda water.

Optional orange peel garnish.
