A rich and spicy rum cocktail, superb on a winter's evening
Ingredients:
50 ml Jester Spiced Rum
25 ml Cointreau
25 ml Blood Orange & Ginger Syrup
25 ml Pineapple Juice
2-3 Lime Wedges
1 Orange Peel (optional garnish)
Method for the perfect serve

Add 2-3 lime wedges into a small cocktail tin, followed by the syrup

Muddle together and check the balance

Add the Jester Spiced Rum, Cointreau and Pineapple Juice

Fill tin with ice and shake 20 times

Strain and fine strain into a chilled couple glass

Garnish with orange peel
