Ingredients:
50 ml Stratford Gin
⅔ Lemon Wedges
12.50 ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
2 drops of Rose Water (optional)
Method for the perfect serve

Add lemon wedges to a small shaker followed by the sugar syrup

Muddle together

Add Stratford Gin

Fill tin with ice and shake well

Fine strain into a glass filled with ice

Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge
