CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your booked date for cancellations or amendments of bookings of up to 6 people on Tours, Gin Cruises and Cocktail Masterclasses or bookings of up to 3 stills on Gin Schools. After this time, no refunds or reschedules can be made.
We require 21 days notice prior to your booked date for cancellations of group bookings of 7 or more people on Tours, Gin Cruises and Cocktail Masterclasses. After this time, no refunds or reschedules can be made.
We require 21 days notice prior to your booked date for cancellations of group bookings of 4 or more stills on Gin Schools. After this time, no refunds or reschedules can be made.
All bookings made using a gift voucher are non-refundable.
One-off event tickets (Gin Festivals) are non-refundable once purchased.
If you wish to cancel a booking made using a Virgin Experience Days voucher and it is more than 14 days prior to your booked date, we can un-claim your voucher but you will need to contact the third party voucher provider directly to request a refund. After this time, no refunds or reschedules can be made.
In the event the experience does not run, we will offer to reschedule your booking or issue you with a full refund, with the exception of bookings made by gift voucher which are non-refundable and therefore can only be rescheduled.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
We require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your booked date if you wish to reschedule a booking of up to 6 people on Tours, Gin Cruises and Cocktail Masterclasses or a booking of up to 3 stills on Gin Schools. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability on your chosen date. After this time, no changes can be made. Please be advised that experiences can only be rescheduled once.

Cancellation PROTECTION
For a worry-free booking, you may choose to add our optional Cancellation Protection. From traffic delays, illness, adverse weather conditions, strikes, accidents and more, this allows you to reschedule your booking or request a refund (bookings made by gift voucher are non-refundable) if you need to cancel your booking at any time, for the reasons set out in the Cancellation Protection terms.
