Silver Success at the West Midlands Tourism Awards

We are delighted to share that we have been awarded Silver for Best Small Visitor Attraction at the West Midlands Tourism Awards this week at The Belfry Hotel & Resort.

Receiving this recognition during English Tourism Week makes the achievement even more meaningful, as it highlights the importance of the visitor economy and celebrates the incredible work of tourism businesses across the country.

This latest recognition marks another proud milestone for our team and builds on our previous success at the awards, most recently in 2024 when our Gin School was named Experience of the Year and went on to represent the region at the national VisitEngland Awards for Excellence.

Our visitor experience continues to evolve, offering guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in a variety of Gin and Rum experiences including Distillery Tours, Tastings, Cocktail Masterclasses, Gin Schools, Rum Schools and Gin Tasting Cruises and our newest experience launching this summer: Rum Tasting Cruises!

We are absolutely thrilled to have received this award, which is testament to our brilliant team whom we are so proud of, and who work incredibly hard to deliver a five-star visitor experience day in, day out. This recognition also builds on our consistent feedback from visitors, having been awarded the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award every year since 2021.

The awards are supported by the West Midlands Growth Company, the region’s official destination marketing agency. They celebrate the very best of the tourism and hospitality sector, recognising businesses that contribute to the region’s reputation as a leading visitor destination.

Winning Silver in such a competitive category is a fantastic achievement and reflects the continued support of our visitors, whose enthusiasm and loyalty inspire everything we do.
