We kindly ask for payment at the time of booking.

You are welcome to visit the distillery shop or 1 High St shop any time during our opening hours but our experiences should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please call a member of our team on 01789 336 559 or email [email protected] to change the date or time of your tour. This can be done up to 14 days prior to your original booking. After this time, no changes can be made. Please be advised that experiences can only be rescheduled once.

For group bookings of 7 or more people on our Tours, Tastings, Gin Cruises and Cocktail Masterclasses, we require 21 days notice in advance of your scheduled experience.

For group bookings of 4 or more stills on our Gin Schools or Rum Schools, we require 21 days notice in advance of your scheduled experience.

If you wish to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your scheduled experience for all bookings of up to 6 people (for Tours, Tastings, Gin Cruises and Cocktail Masterclasses) and up to 3 stills (for Gin Schools and Rum Schools).

All bookings made by gift voucher are non-refundable.

If you booked using a Travelzoo or Virgin Experiences voucher, then we can cancel your experience but you will need to contact these third party providers directly to request a refund.

Children between the ages of 8-17 are permitted on our Tours and Tasting experiences. They are unable to participate in the spirit tasting but we offer a variety of soft drinks. No children under the age of 18 can be admitted to the Gin School, Rum School, Cocktail Masterclass or on the Gin Cruises.

Distillery opening hours:

• Monday – Tuesday: Closed
• Wednesday – Saturday: 10am – 5pm
• Sunday: 10am – 4pm

No 1 High Street shop opening hours:

• Monday – Saturday: 10am – 5pm
• Sunday: 10am – 4pm

Our own vouchers are valid for 12 months from the day of issue, but it is worth explaining that this is the date that the voucher expires for booking on our system, not the date required to attend the experience. We always try to have around 5 or 6 months of future experiences available for booking.

Once we receive your order we will dispatch your items as soon as possible. You will receive a text or email notification when your parcel is with our courier for delivery. We use a next day courier service which delivers Monday to Friday, but not on weekends. Please note the distillery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We offer free mainland UK shipping on orders of our physical products over £40.

Any orders being dispatched to mainland UK addresses under £40 will be required to pay a £5 delivery charge.

UK Highlands & Islands addresses incur an £8 delivery charge for a Royal Mail parcel service.

Gift Vouchers by post: we offer 1st and 2nd class post options for vouchers valued up to £50, as long as no products are ordered at the same time – in which case the product parcel rates apply above.
