A classic and refreshing mojito recipe made with Jester White Rum.
Ingredients:
50 ml Jester White Rum
3 Lime Wedges
2 Barspoons Caster Sugar / Granulated Sugar
6-10 Mint Leaves
Soda Water
Method for the perfect serve

Muddle the lime wedges and sugar in a highball glass.

Bash the mint against the top of the glass (to release oils) and add into the glass with the Jester Rum.

Add crushed ice and churn.

Top with soda and enjoy!
