A gorgeous summer cocktail: our version of an Aperol Spritz using Rhubarb Gin

Ingredients:
 50 ml Rhubarb Gin
 25 ml Aperol
 12.50 ml Rhubarb Syrup
 Soda Water or Ginger Ale
Method for the perfect serve

Add the Rhubarb Gin, Aperol and Rhubarb Syrup into a glass filled with ice.

Stir well and top with a dash of Soda Water or Ginger Ale.
